Leading Deliveroo’s European Operations

Now acquired by Lyft, FREE NOW is the multi-service mobility joint venture from Daimler and BMW operating in 150+ cities across nine European countries; broke even in 2024 and agreed a €175 m sale to Lyft (Apr 2025). - Held full commercial accountability for 12 markets, >600 staff in 20 offices and a $250 million P&L. - Cut cost-per-trip 15% by unifying shared services and introducing dynamic driver incentives. - Launched “Green Ride”, raising EV share to 47 % and adding eight CSAT points.
