Along the way, I've worked with lots of great people to achieve company goals, stuff like: • Managed a fabulous team to create a blog with 600+ articles, bringing in ~$100k of SEO traffic. • Produced Groupon's social media for Facebook (with 19+ million followers), Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. • Provided voiceovers & acting in more than 300+ promotion videos, boosting our conversion rate. • Wrote absurdist copy for Groupon's editorial team, earning a Webby Award nomination and a feature in the "New York Times."
• Manages content marketing production for Skyword clients—including Salesforce, Citizens Bank, Slack, ADP, HCA Healthcare, Neutrogena, BrightStar Care, and Thrivent. • Leads digital content strategy, aligning with client goals for SEO, user engagement, and conversion through a comprehensive multi-channel plan. • Coordinates with internal editorial team, freelancers, and client partners to ensure smooth, timely delivery of assets. • Uses tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Skyword's internal AI and CMS platforms to optimize and stage digital content. • Managed "The Gist," Groupon's blog, working with five full-time writers and two freelancers to produce articles on travel, food & drink, fun & leisure, and more. • In 18 months, The Gist grew to 100k page views per month and an SEM value of ~$98k per month. • Pitched concepts and wrote copy for marketing initiatives, including Groupon's "So Bleeping Ready!" post-COVID recovery campaign. • "So Bleeping Ready!" resulted in 630k consumer sweepstakes entries, 108k new email subscribers, $1.2 million in sales (exceeding our metric by 25%), and nearly 5 million social engagements. • Another campaign, "Yep, There's a Groupon for That," resulted in a +46% lift in brand recall, +6% in brand consideration, and +16% in purchase intent. • Dreamed up and executed ideas for FB, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more. • Coached two direct reports during biweekly 1:1s.
• Brainstormed ideas and wrote copy for marketing and merchandising campaigns as part of Groupon's internal creative agency. • Concepted and executed omnichannel campaigns and personalized user journeys across web, mobile, social, CRM, and with UX teams. • Wrote copy across channels: merchandising, email, display, affiliates, push/inApp, and Spotify/Pandora/YouTube ads—landing in millions of inboxes, smart phones, and feeds every day. • Crafted and guided Groupon's brand voice to be upbeat, fun, curious, and quirky. • Brainstormed and executed social-media posts for Instagram, Facebook (20+ million followers), and more. • Acted in & did voiceovers in 300+ promotional videos.
