Responsible for managing and coordinating forecasting activities to support the customer service and inventory objectives associated with KLN customers and products globally.
Oversees daily business activities, improves overall business functions, manages budgets, develops strategic plans, creates policies, and communicates business goals. Directs and coordinates the activities of operations, supply chain, and other areas of KC&C. Directly responsible for the company's P&L.
Responsible for office operations including customer service, quality control, contracting commodities, production scheduling, product costing, shipping, and warehousing.
Responsible for reviewing the organization's financial statements and strategic plan. Discussing the annual budget and material business decisions, approving audit reports, being informed of, and meeting legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
One of the HRA’s primary responsibilities is the ownership and management of Lakeland Apartments (35-unit HUD-subsidized apartment complex). For the last decade, the HRA has also worked closely with the school in their Youth Build program constructing affordable houses for sale.
Responsible for carrying out the fiduciary responsbilities of the organization, including reviewing the organization's annual financial statements. Reviews and participates in the strategic planning process to ensure the organization's mission is carried out successfully. North Country Food Bank is the sole distributor of surplus food products in Northwest and Central Minnesota to over 244 charitable food programs, including our soup kitchens, food shelves and homeless shelters. Other recipients include low-income individuals in need of supplemental assistance, group homes, senior programs, youth programs, addiction treatment centers and domestic abuse programs. We distribute over 4.5 million pounds of food in our 21 county service area annually.
