I have great in depth experience in businesses with multiple service lines/products/departments & sites, with business models that include tight margin control, subscription models, consignment profitability and businesses with a fixed cost bases needing to maximise their return. I have held various roles such as senior FP&A manager, senior commercial finance analyst, commercial finance manager and other core finance & reporting roles. My breadth of experience has covered technical database structures, new system config & set up to enhancements, producing MI and insightful analysis through to presenting to business stakeholders to influence decision making and business partner teams to be a trusted advisor. I like to work as a leading individual and also within a team, getting involved in the detail but also having the ability to step back and lead strategically.
