Draft and negotiate commercial, distributor, vendor, and IP agreements. Developed and implemented company-wide HIPAA training programs. Drafted policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Conducted HIPAA Risk Assessments using Clearwater Compliance software. Investigated incidents in which potential breaches of PHI occurred. Assessed disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Performed client intakes and relationship building in Spanish. Completed USCIS forms and EOIR Briefs related to Asylum, Waiver of Unlawful Presence, Motions to Terminate and for other relief. Translated documents from Spanish to English, including hardship letters, birth certificates, and marriage certificates. Spectated EOIR Hearings, drafted correspondence to ICE/CBP and USCIS.
