I assist the Regional Leadership and National Strategy with accurate and detailed management information to drive business decisions. As part of my duties in the role I created and rolled out a suite of team/regional dashboards in Salesforce to effectively track inbound leads, activity, opportunity pipeline, briefs and revenue stream performance. Oversaw the development of Tableau reports and dashboards, and ran training sessions for management new starters. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in Commercial Technology, Decision Sciences and Data Warehousing to drive development of complex reports and ensure the accuracy of revenue data. Produce monthly/quarterly reports to leadership for reviews, weekly internal communications and board reports.
I provided support to Regional Leadership, Regional Sales and Regional Multimedia teams, working closely with department heads. Identifying, fulfilling, and communicating Digital and CRM solutions, leading in the project management of commercial digital activity ensuring effective implementation and delivery to maximise revenues. Duties included: Managing the fulfilment of digital advertising solutions for clients. Including managing of a Digital Campaign Manager and a Digital Developer/Coder; Supporting the Regional Sales Teams and Regional Multimedia Teams with the goal of retaining and growing new and existing clients; providing accurate reporting of internal revenue and keeping costs within agreed departmental budgets; Overseeing Partner Display, Website build, SMS and Podcast Host Read fulfilment & delivery; Maintaining relationships with external partners to ensure development and smooth delivery of third party products. I also worked on the creation of client facing digital product presentations, product training presentations, and running training sessions for new starters.
As part of the Regional Digital team I worked in support of sales teams and managers through the regional business in management and delivery of digital products such as Websites, Apps, Social Media Management, SEO Content/Management, DAX Podcasts etc. Duties included: actively building Digital sales and delivery processes; the creation of client facing digital product presentations, communicating digital solutions to Regional Sales; managing fulfilment and delivery of Digital solutions; keeping costs within agreed departmental budgets; maintaining accurate revenue tracking and reporting. I also actively worked to promote Digital sales internally through the promotion of educational material, industry statistics, case studies, documentation etc. in the form of the “Digital Download” regional communications.
