I come with a robust foundation of 14 years healthcare industry experience both in medical device and pharmaceuticals including various healthcare specialties: orthopedics, wound care, gastroenterology, podiatry, plastic surgery, general surgery, vascular surgery, dermatology, primary care, pain management, and infectious disease. My Role: Lead 12 specialty pharma reps across Florida, Puerto Rico, Georgia, and South Carolina, managing a $110M+ gastrointestinal rare disease district with responsibility for driving growth and achieving team goals. My Role: Was responsible for bringing revolutionary DME surgical dressings buy-and-bill concept to market across 5 states in the Mid-Atlantic region, with direct accountability to generate new market revenue growth including the hiring and management of sales distributors, KOL development, and innovative marketing strategies. We helped HCPs successfully treat and heal their wound care patients and run a profitable wound care DME business in their practice versus giving away revenues to traditional DME distributors. Achievements: ✅ Built business from $0 to $560K in annual revenues within tenure ✅ Contractually enrolled 76 new private practice physician groups ✅ Pioneered first client facing promotional use marketing case study with top HCP KOL Company Information: CPN Biosciences is an advanced surgical dressing manufacture and wound technology startup company that helps private practice physicians leverage their DME license to improve patient access and healing outcomes in conjunction with positive practice management results through proprietary Smart DME Technology. My Role: Lead 8 direct reports responsible for $8MM book of business in the Advanced Wound Management, Biologics Division selling two pharmaceutical biologics (Santyl & Regranex) and one medical device (Cellular Tissue Based Product: Oasis Matrix). Achievements: ✅ 2017 rebuilt underachieving sales team (hiring 5 new reps), grew total annual revenues +4.7% and led the Southeast region in market share penetration at 25% ✅ 2016 took the last place team from net loss to profitability within first 6 months of leadership, from 29th to 18th, from -$115K to +$553K, and from 81% to 94% of sales target respectively.
