About

I’ve twice been the founding regional leader responsible for building entirely new markets, launching Pure Storage’s ANZ channel from $0 to $28M in two years before going on to establish and scale Datadobi’s APJ business. Building businesses from scratch means much more than creating a partner network. It means hiring teams, defining go-to-market strategy, earning enterprise customer trust, developing strategic alliances, and delivering predictable growth where no blueprint exists. My background spans enterprise infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity and SaaS, with extensive experience selling into banking, government, healthcare and other regulated industries across APJ. I’ve built long-standing relationships across OEMs, distributors, hyperscalers, Global Systems Integrators and channel partners, developing joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate regional growth and enterprise adoption. Throughout my career I’ve worked at the intersection of enterprise data, governance, cybersecurity and AI, helping customers and partners build secure, trusted data foundations that enable organisations to adopt AI with confidence. After nine years at Datadobi I’m now looking for senior APJ leadership opportunities where building regional capability, developing strategic partnerships and scaling enterprise growth are central to the role.

    I joined Datadobi as the first person on the ground in APJ, with a blank sheet of paper and a brief to build something from scratch. That was 2016. The region now spans Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. Datadobi makes unstructured data migration and protection software — not the most glamorous corner of enterprise tech, but genuinely critical infrastructure for large organisations managing decades of accumulated data. Accounts include ANZ Bank, Telstra, NBN Co, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, NSW Health, Samsung, and LG. Two projects I’m particularly proud of — a pair of the largest unstructured data migration engagements ever undertaken globally. One for a major ANZ bank, one for a federal government agency. Both took years to develop and required earning trust at senior levels across genuinely complex organisations. It’s the kind of work where relationships matter more than a sharp deck - building trust that lasts. Retrenched in January, currently studying, golfing and considering my next move!
