A team of students that works together help create and sustain a positive community in the dorms. It is our job to supervisor the building to make sure people are safe and comfortable in the dorm area. It is our job to get involved with the residents by facilitating programs or just being there as a fellow student. Do things that brings forth civic engagement, it is also our to be available their for students when they need advice/support. We have assigned duty days which we have to stay in the building and do walkthroughs in the hallway of and bathroom checks. It is our job to be aware of what's going on in the building at all times. When students are locked out of their room or need help in the building they seek out the RAs. It is our job to solve problems in the building we are RAs even when we're not on duty it is our job as a team to provide a good experience for the students that live in the dorms.
