Andy holds a master's degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University (NCCU) and has passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination in Taiwan. Moreover, Andy has obtained several finance-related licenses. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Andy has developed expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and assurance services. Previously, Andy worked at Deloitte Taiwan, where his primary responsibilities involved providing audit, tax, and assurance services to financial holding companies and commercial banks. This role involved assessing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting clients with tax-related matters. Andy currently works at Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX), where his main duties include auditing the financial and operational aspects of futures commission merchants (FCMs). This involves examining the financial status and business practices of FCMs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and monitoring their internal audit operations. With extensive experience in both public accounting and the financial industry, Andy continues to apply his expertise in financial auditing, compliance, and risk assessment within the capital markets.
