I’m a commercial and operations leader who has built and scaled technology-led businesses from start-up to global scale. As a co-founder of SureFlap, I helped grow the business from a two-person start-up into a $40M global pet-technology company, operating across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. I led commercial strategy, go-to-market, international expansion and key accounts through acquisition by Antelliq and subsequent integration into MSD Animal Health. Along the way I’ve built global sales teams, launched multiple international products, stood up subsidiaries in the USA, Australia and New Zealand, and implemented the systems, forecasting and operational infrastructure that allow fast-growing companies to scale without losing control. Before SureFlap, I worked in Silicon Valley, including a year embedded at Synaptics HQ, selling SaaS acoustic-modelling software and funded R&D programmes to companies such as Apple, Intel, Logitech, HP and Philips. Earlier in my career I also commercialised innovative assistive-listening technology into public-sector and education markets. I’m most effective in scale-up environments where products are strong but commercial and operational foundations need to catch up — whether that’s taking a business from founder-led to investor-ready, expanding internationally, or integrating into a larger group after acquisition.
