This phase was exclusively dedicated to acquiring international coaching credentials and building the operational foundation for BYG Consulting. ICF PCC Certification awarded in October 2025 and valid through October 2028. Completed Coacharya Level 2 with 160 hours in January 2025 and Level 3 with 90 hours in February 2026. Developed the complete service framework and built the BYG Consulting website to ensure a seamless business launch.

This involved selecting the right employees, building the organization, and developing the infrastructure. International Procurement & Software Development of Validation Test Systems (2008-2012) In this role, I was responsible for the international procurement of validation test systems and the cross-location development of modular software components. My work was intensely international, involving frequent travel to India, Mexico, and the USA, and requiring extensive cross-timezone coordination. I cultivated close partnerships with global suppliers to develop and implement technologically leading and customized solutions. As a technical lead for the test engineering programming team in Brose Pune, India, I significantly shaped the establishment and successful integration of the team into the Brose corporate culture. Under my technical supervision, the Indian team evolved into a competence center that drove the standardization and development of LabVIEW- and TestStand-based software for global electronics testing. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Internationale Beschaffung & Softwareentwicklung von Validierungstestsystemen (2008-2012) In dieser Rolle verantwortete ich die internationale Beschaffung von Validierungstestsystemen sowie die standortübergreifende Entwicklung modularer Softwarekomponenten.
