- Responsible for the month-end closing activities, cost center cost planning and analysis, calculate machine hourly rates and standard SG&A overheads, create and update KPI's for manufacturing costs, Analysis and improvements in COPA (SAP) - In charge of the implementation of improvement processes in Controlling (benchmarking with others Bosch plants in Germany) - Responsible for coodinate the Quotation process activities in Controlling (strategy, calculation, validation with HQ, etc) - Coordinate the preparation of all other kind of calculation, such as, Make-or-Buy, Racionalization, etc
- Responsible for the product margin calculation, analysis and reporting - Provide strategic information to support Sales department in negociations with Customer - Responsible for preparing all project calculations (customer, investment, phase-out, etc) - Team member of the Controlling international team responsible for redesign the planning process of primary and secondary costs for all Bosch AS divisions and implement the IBM COGNUS TM1. - In charge of monitoring material and consumables index
