Developing IP models and strategies for acquiring and licensing IP from R&D performed with imec’s partners such as Philips, Infineon, STmicro-electronics (EU), Intel, IBM (USA), Samsung (Korea), Matsushita, Sony (Japan), Applied Materials (USA), ASML (NL), Hua Hong (CN), … , including negotiating and drafting of various types of contract. Coaching of about 10 legal and sales officers operating from Belgium or located in USA, China or Japan. Organizing IP awareness sessions for researchers and managers.
