Helped as a fellow in a successful reelection campaign. Worked 10 hours a week over a 4-week period. Tasks included phone banking, poll working, and door-to-door canvassing.
Finance focused fellow on the Gina Ortiz Jones for mayor campaign. Helped run successful campaign for the Mayor in a field of 27 candidates. Worked 20 hours a week, 7 days a week. Was on a team that knocked on 30,000 doors and made 204,958 calls. Developed confidence in communication and interpersonal skills. Developed basic Excel and worksheet management skills.
Volunteering in the management of Food Pantry and upkeep of San Antonio nonprofit targeting underserved members of the San Antonio community.
