I was responsible for ensuring technical excellence and timely completion of my teams’ technical tasks within the projects time plan and budget to meet project objectives and organizational goals. I held full technical responsibility for the system and its components. I fulfilled this role by: - Leading the implementation of a new system into mass production (protytype testing, improvements, serial product testing, documentation and releases) - Providing technical support and oversight for the system after its deployment in serial production (Running Business) - Collaborating with multiple departments, including Testing, Production, System Architecture, Electrical, Installation, and Quality to ensure necessary integration of the system - Participating in technical meetings (up to level of Chief Engineer) to address technical and time challenges and propose solutions - Managing and maintaning technical requirements document - Completing selected tasks from Product Creation Plan (PCP) including Project Review of each phase - Preparing and submitting weekly reports to the Supervisor and Engineering Manager
