About

Hi, here is a few words about me. Writing this few words, I am in the middle of my 15th year of work for No1 car manufacturer in automotive industry and still feeling happy. I joined this company as graduate and step by step I learned foundations of Toyota success. Through new model development I was learning new skills and experiences making cad models, preparing production drawings, joining pre-production preparations and trials. Over so many years, I had chance to go through: Avensis, Verso and Yaris upper body development what build my necessary skills and knowledge of vehicle structure and parts design. I was responsible for: - steel sheet parts: roof, hood, fender, - resin parts : cowl louver, bumpers or fender liner - glazing : windshield, door and back door glass - weatherstrips: door and back door. This base was necessary for my next assignment: support in mass production and vehicle quality. As senior engineer I am solving issues to support my colleagues from plant assembly line/quality department or I am investigating concerns raised by customers from field. My work require deep investigations skill, attention to details, precision, patience and some times out of box thinking to see concern from any possible dimension. Each new concern is a new challenge. Over last 6 years I learn how to: - find root cause of the problem, - develop countermeasure to it, - make proto parts and - validate proposed countermeasure. As last step I need to wrap up all information and present it to management in visual and understandable way. I learned that to reach your goal at first you need to work hard by yourself but I know that working as team, together you can reach much more . My biggest achievements are all solved concerns because they never re-occured again. If you reach this point, thank you for reading. If you want to contact me, leave your message. I am not so "social media" person therefore I am not checking mail every 10 sec. but I will reply for sure.
