My passion lies in leading, developing, and managing teams - creating clear structures, strong environments, and accountable performance standards. Alongside coaching, I have developed a strong interest in scouting and performance analysis. Holding PFSA Level 3 Advanced Reporting and Levdl 2 Talent Identification and Opposition Analysis qualifications, I am currently scouting the Lithuanian Toplyga 2026 season to build a structured analytical portfolio.
