Inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Build and manage stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and alignment of objectives. Oversee the full program lifecycle - intake, solution design, execution, monitoring, and closure - while optimizing resource allocation and risk management. Conduct discovery sessions to define problems, requirements, and KPIs, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
