Responsabilities: • Define and maintain an up-to-date comprehensive committed project plan which identifies project deliverables, work breakdown structure & planning, resources, risks & dependencies. • Coordinate, motivate, encourage, facilitate and support the project team members in achieving the project objectives. • Manage/coordinate ICT Vendors (software, hardware & consultancy) who are involved in the project. • Ensure the required project governance is put in place and ensure project team meetings and steercos are organized regularly. • Bring key elements for decision making to the steerco, indicating the impact and presenting potential alternatives. • Manage and regularly report project progress, budget, risks & issues to the ICT Business Partner & Team Leader, to whom you'll report, as well as to the ICT PMO Manager. • Ensure the project is executed in line with agreed standards & methodology (e.g. quality gating, testing before release to production, ...) • Ensure that the necessary change management actions are taken (communication, training, post go-live support, ...) • Ensure upon project delivery the knowledge transfer and handover to operations is done before closing the project. • Be the single point of contact for the project for both internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain common market model reflecting external factors, internal factors, market trends, company and competitor's position in order to deliver reliable forecasts. - Work in close collaboration with the Trade & Consumer teams to have the most up to date market & business dynamics as well as competitive strategies and identify potential issues that could arise in order to take action. - Lead implementation of complex IT related projects such as transition to Sharepoint and transition to Power BI - Provide market users with efficient reporting services by means of regular ad-hoc reporting and ensuring timely and accurate update. - Provide all the necessary inputs for Annual Strategic Plan (ASP) as well as act as a liaison between different departments on delivering ASP in a timely manner. - Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with HQ & Region and with other markets - Plan, track and manage the delivery of projects using appropriate Agile projects management methodologies
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information - Determine overall product strategy, work with Sales &Marketing to translate this into a go-to-market strategy, coordinate product launches - Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products, obtaining long term and short-term market results
