Propmind is an AI-driven residential rental management platform built for the Brazilian market. The company automates the end-to-end rental journey, from tenant onboarding and payments to guarantees, repairs, and ongoing property operations. The focus is on replacing fragmented, manual workflows with a single, scalable infrastructure that reduces friction, operational cost, and risk for landlords, brokers, and partners, while enabling new financial and service products on top of the rental relationship.

Reporting to a board with representatives of shareholders Prosus N.V. and Adevinta ASA. The company is fully independent with all products, technology, operations and processes developed and owned locally. Key milestones: 1. Founded and launched Bomnegócio.com in 2011, introducing c2c used goods trading to brazil, growing from zero to 17 million users in 2014 2. Merged Bomnegócio.com with olx.com.br in 2015, integrating product, brand and organization and consolidating leadership position in c2c trading 3. Established monetization model by attracting car dealers and real estate agents to the platform, growing revenues 17.5x from R$20m in 2014 to R$350m in 2019, in the meantime growing users to 100 million in 2019 4. Acquired Grupo Zap (Zap and Vivareal) in 2020, establishing leadership position in Real Estate 5. Turned around performance of Grupo Zap and integrated organizations, growing integrated company to R$ 1 billion in revenues and 36% EBITDA margin 6.
