In my 28 years working experience for the last 8 years I was privileged to Manage many diversified teams ranging from 30 to 60 individuals. By initiating standards in the industry, it enabled me to improve the safety record from 95% to 100%. After Implementing and ensuring adherence of a new maintenance schedule productivity went up from 92% to 98% and machine availability from 90% to 97%, with a decrease in cost of more than 10%. I have 17 yrs. experience as fitter & turner where I have worked on all types of equipment Pumps, Conveyor belts, Main fans, chairlifts, crushers, Main winders, ball mills, Rod mills, valves, fridge plants, pneumatic driven machinery, hydro powered driven machinery, battery operated locomotives, locomotive carts, alignment of couplings all types, all types of gearboxes, compressors, milling, Turning. I was a volunteer rescue team started as a fireman for 10 yrs and the team leader for the last 7 yrs. During this time I was involved with 6 search and recue recovery in magalies mountain region, 27 Structural fires , 67 motor vehicle recovery, 211 plantation fire, 12 vehicle fires.
