EXPERIENCE SUMMARY • 24 years of pipeline construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning experience i.e. Cleaning, gauging, flooding, hydro testing, de-watering, swabbing, drying, calliper pigging. Nitrogen inerting and introduction of hydro carbons into onshore oil and gas pipelines and facilities. • International experience managing multi national crews and foreign nationals. • Project planning and scheduling • Review of all necessary documentation, Method statements and Procedures. • Supervision of critical work activities in accordance with world class standards (BP, Shell, Exxon, Lending banks) • Vendor negotiation and planning delivery of long lead items. • Ensuring project compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 Environmental Management Systems and in accordance with international recognised best practice. • Ensuring project compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments, Hazids, Hazops and Simops. • All aspects of pipeline construction • Good knowledge of HDD activities.
