In my role as Managing Director Solutions Delivery, I lead Belden's largest delivery teams in the Americas: from solutions design, sales and implementation with customers. I drive the planning and execution of our strategy and approach to the market, over the leadership and management of the different teams, to the depths of the P&L. Actively moving in a B2B environment, I focus mainly on automation and providing solutions more than products, in a wide variety of applications. I have a passion for data and new technologies. I am a strategic thinker, have an instinctual grasp of financial metrics, and superlative team-building skills. My curious background helps me to listen to the market and ask critical questions; to make sure we keep improving the competitive edge we can bring to our customers' applications. I have always been passionate about languages and working with so many people across the globe, gives me the opportunity to feed that passion every day. SVP & Managing Director leading Belden's Solutions Delivery business across North and South America — a $1B+ P&L spanning industrial automation, enterprise, data & networking, and digital transformation. I build organizations that grow. Over the past decade I've taken on successive expansions of scope — from VP to MD to SVP — each time inheriting complexity and delivering clarity: sharper go-to-market strategies, stronger commercial and operational teams, and measurable financial performance. Three things define how I operate: I set strategic direction and then stay close enough to execution to know when it's drifting. I build leadership teams that outlast me. My background is unusual: an engineering foundation (Master's, Cum Laude), an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, commercial experience across continents, and fluency in four languages. That combination lets me operate credibly from a factory floor to a boardroom — and to build bridges between technical teams and business stakeholders that most leaders can't.

I am responsible for leading the overall direction and strategic vision of the company. My role involves overseeing all aspects of the business that exceeds $1 billion in revenues; from marketing and sales to commercial operations and finance. I am passionate about building strong relationships with our clients and partners, and work tirelessly to ensure that we are delivering exceptional service and value. I oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions and projects, from scoping and planning to implementation and ongoing support. I work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and ensure that our solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. In addition to managing project delivery, I also play a key role in driving innovation and thought leadership within the company. I stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and work to incorporate these advancements into our solutions and services. In my role as Vice President Solutions Delivery, I lead Belden's Industrial Automation commercial delivery teams in the Americas: from solutions design, sales and implementation with customers. I drive the design of our strategy and approach to the market, over the leadership and management of the team, to the depths of the P&L. I lead the Belden Americas Solution Delivery Organization in delivering reliable, secure and scalable digital Industrial Automation Solutions. Helping our customer on their journeys of Digital Transformation, by brining together teams and solutions processes for sales, marketing, commercial operations, finance, consulting and more.
In my role as Vice President Sales, I lead the Leroy-Somer global sales teams in all its aspects: from design of our strategy and approach to the market, over the leadership and management of the team, to the depths of the P&L.
General Management and leadership of the Scandinavian Sector. I head our sales subsidiaries in Denmark and Sweden and coordinate our sales channels in Norway, Finland and Iceland. My main focus is on leadership and change management whilst controlling the P&L for our 3 sites. Emerson Industrial Automation is most active in B2B environment, focused mainly on automation. From power electronics to electrical motors up to complete machine automation, I work closely together with our customers to provide solutions more than products, in a wide variety of applications. I oversee the full scope of activities: sales, marketing, engineering and finance. With our supply chain becoming more and more global, it is important to find win-win solutions with our customers and see to it that, instead of a chain with weaknesses in the links, we can work as a network. In this fast changing world, it is important to listen and adapt to the market and our customers, to make sure we keep improving the competitive edge we can bring to their application.
Whilst heading the Leroy-Somer office, I became in charge of our Control Techniques office. With a strong target to create synergy, business growth and leverage the Emerson brand, I brought the two teams together and created our focus on advanced automation solutions. Having the two brands brought complementarities and even though the culture can be different, I successfully transformed the business.
