I lead frontend development at Pivotal Health, building products that help healthcare providers navigate the Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process. My work includes developing a client portal that provides visibility into disputes and financial performance, building internal tools that support operations teams, and maintaining a shared design system used across our applications. I work closely with product managers and designers to define requirements, refine user experiences, and turn complex operational workflows into intuitive software. I also lead a small frontend team, balancing hands-on development with technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Implemented product features to deliver an engaging member shopping experience across the tech stack using Next.js and GraphQL. - Led initiatives to enhance the stability and observability of the application by implementing monitors and alerts with Datadog. - Overhauled the styling system by consolidating CSS libraries and implementing Sass utilities, resulting in consistent styles and reduced development time.
