I’m a senior at the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business, majoring in Management Information Systems and graduating in Fall 2025. I'm passionate about using data and systems to improve how organizations operate — whether that’s building dashboards, optimizing workflows, or simplifying complex processes through better documentation and automation.
At Pluckers, I manage 3-5 tables at once: taking orders, serving food, and carrying out a secondary back-of-house duty such as filling ice machines or refilling lemonade and tea urns. Working here teaches me a lot about time management, multitasking, and customer service skills. I currently train new-coming servers, thoroughly teaching them the menu, our POS system, and how to manage their time wisely and efficiently during work.
