Founder & Design Engineer NOVA is a product and digital development business working with manufacturers across the construction industry to turn ideas into practical, real-world solutions. As Founder and Design Engineer, I work hands-on across client projects while building and evolving NOVA as a business. My role includes: - Leading product development from early concept through to manufacture and delivery - Working closely with manufacturers to improve manufacturability, reduce cost, and simplify assemblies - Developing new construction products and full product ranges, including compliance-led solutions - Creating digital assets and tools to support specification, coordination, and delivery - Running and supporting R&D activity, from early-stage exploration through to validated outcomes - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and construction My focus is on bridging the gap between design, manufacture, and real-world use.
