After more than a decade in financial services, including roles in asset and investment management, private equity, and compliance - I transitioned into executive search, where I now lead searches across the financial services sector and have created and lead our dedicated Family Office Practice at GlassRatner. Over the past few years, I’ve partnered with asset managers, wealth firms, private capital platforms, as well as single and multi-family offices to recruit senior talent. My work spans Canada and the U.S., with mandates ranging from C-suite placements to specialized roles in distribution, investments, relationship management, operations, and governance. I bring a deep understanding of the financial services industry, having previously served as an executive of an investment manager managing a multi-billion-dollar platform. I began my career as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones, cutting my teeth on door-to-door prospecting, and later held a leadership role in a global art firm, where I curated and ran global exhibitions, negotiated contracts and raised funds for organizations such as UNICEF. What sets me apart is my ability to identify and engage top-tier candidates, while helping clients sharpen their story to attract them. I thrive at the intersection of people and strategy, digging into the DNA of a business and aligning talent with long-term growth.
