Operates the following machines: Expertise: STI AT128, STI AT 28, STI AT 8005 Micro Vision MV882 Turret Machines: HSI 200 Series, STI AT 468 Functions: Handler and Vision Handler System: Machine settings, parts/modules, and control Vision System: Device inspection, settings, light control, mark and leads inspection Files and Configuration Inspects integrated circuit (IC) quality Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures Performs feel back force test (PBFT) for sealing Maintains processes and conducts troubleshooting Processes lots and encodes promise transactions
Document and report line stoppages due to equipment issues. Participate in preventive maintenance and calibration checks. Provide technical support for production operations to maintain build capacity and quality. Conduct process control checks as needed.
Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. Troubleshoot to resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues. Monitor machine output to meet standard throughput requirements. Ensure workstations adhere to excellent 5S housekeeping and security protocols.
