Key Creative Design Engineer at Meridica; a startup company from PA Technology. I led the Engineering Design team within Meridica; and was the lead Designer on Meridica’s novel Dry Powder Inhaler (DPI) We developed Meridica into a very successful venture, which was acquired by Pfizer Ltd. In 2004.
I was recognized as a global innovator in Drug Delivery devices, including Technical lead on AutohalerTM – The world’s first Breath Actuated Inhaler. (Full development, from concept through to production) Work included Design and Development of novel drug delivery devices, collaboration with a number of high profile Pharma clients, and product optimisation using Six Sigma” PPU (Product and Process Understanding) programs.
