Quality and CI leader for Owens Corning's largest and most complex plant in Newark, OH. Leading efforts to reduce scrap, reduce variation and improve consistency for our customers. Working daily with our engineers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver the product our customers expect. I am often the first point of contact with many customers as I have developed relationships with them to deal with the rare cases we do not meet their needs in which case I lead efforts driving to root cause and corrective action.
I use data to find opportunities and support improvements for the insulation business in product quality and manufacturing efficiency. I use innovative ways to connect information in various sources to uncover hidden opportunities and point our efforts in the best direction. I lead and facilitate improvement efforts to drive out waste and reduce variability.
Find opportunites for the plant to make improvements in safety, quality, delivery to customer, and cost reduction. I engage employees and lead kaizen teams to make improvements through lean and six sigma ideals as well as technological improvements.
