I had P&L responsibility for the health & beauty brands: Aloette.com, PurMinerals.com, and CosMedix.com. Oversaw all online marketing activities including email, paid search, organic search, affiliate, and social media. Defined the customer experience, product roadmap, and business requirements for all e-commerce sites. Successfully launched the new PurMinerals.com site in May of 2008 and increased revenue 23% over 2007. Implemented social media campaigns that dramatically increased customer engagement. Launched brand blogs, customer reviews, product Q & A, YouTube channels, Facebook pages, and blogger review programs.
