Andrew Rayner is a highly experienced and qualified nursing professional, with an MSc in Leadership and Management in Healthcare, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Nursing Practice, and numerous additional qualifications. He has significant experience in various nursing roles, including as a Matron and Divisional Nurse Director at the Royal Marsden Foundation Trust. Andrew is also an independent non-medical prescriber and injector at Therapies Clinics and the owner of DJR Aesthetics Ltd. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Chief Nurse at Gateshead Health, where he provides corporate senior nursing leadership. Throughout his career, Andrew has been passionate about developing the workforce strategy for nursing, clinical quality, and safety, and has consistently demonstrated his ability to improve outcomes, leading service improvement projects and delivering excellent results. Andrew is a member of several professional organizations, including the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the Royal College of Nursing, the British Association of Cosmetic Nursing, the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group, the British Association of Critical Care Nurses, the United Kingdom Oncology Nurses Society, and the Global Tracheostomy Collaborative.
