Most plants already have data across machines, control systems, spreadsheets, ERP platforms, and institutional knowledge. How I Got Here: My background spans corporate development, venture capital, private equity, and global manufacturing operations. I have built, exited, recapitalized, and led companies and manufacturing groups across Europe, Asia, and North America. That experience shaped a simple view: improving cash flow requires understanding how the whole business actually works, not treating symptoms in isolation. BlackCap was designed to look across operations, systems, data, leadership, and execution to find the real source of performance issues, even when the symptoms appear somewhere else.
