How I Got Here: My background spans corporate development, venture capital, private equity, and global manufacturing operations. I have built, exited, recapitalized, and led companies and manufacturing groups across Europe, Asia, and North America. That experience shaped a simple view: improving cash flow requires understanding how the whole business actually works, not treating symptoms in isolation.
