    Whilst at St Mungo's I was CIPD Award Winner in 2010 in the excellence in technology category. I developed the recruitment strategy for permanent and volunteer staff. I implemented e-recruitment across the business. I developed and managed a team of 6 people providing recruitment support to the business I developed an in house pipeline of people providing cover for client facing services across the hostel and accommodation projects reducing their reliance on agency staff which resulted in savings of around £1,000,000. I deputised for the Head of HR for 6 months and handled a caseload of restructure, disciplinary and grievance casework. I developed the client apprenticeship scheme Shortlisted in the National Training Awards 2009, and held up in the sector as groundbreaking in terms of helping homeless people return to the world of work. These initiatives were conceived from cross agency working with further education and local authorities and ultimately won Portsmouth City PCT the South East Edge employer of the year award for 2005.
