I am an Object Oriented developer who specialized in Java development and using relational databases. I got into development because I love to figure out the tough problems, find the buried bugs, and create good designs. I love working in teams and learning from my co-workers. I have a lot of experience with web applications and would like to learn more about mobile development.
I worked with a team developing retail software for an industry leading retail software provider. I became a major contributor for a GUI rewrite and backend redesign. In 2013, I was promoted from Application Developer I to Application Developer II. -Developed in ADF, Java, SQL, and some PLSQL -Identified, tracked, and fixed defects -Helped identify and fix performance issues -Wrote new test cases and updated existing test cases -Created technical design and estimates for new functionality -Wrote technical documentation and led document review sessions -Became Team Point of Contact for ADF
I helped Quality Assurance Engineers with tasks, and used software such as Salesforce and Spirateam to manage defects and test cases. I also did some automated testing scripts using sikuli.
I Help Support Specialist with incoming cases dealing with the Casper Suite and set up test environments for trouble shooting. I also filed defects and feature requests, as well as communicated with clients via Salesforce, email, and Web-Ex
I helped students and professor with any questions they might have about software, such as garageband, dreamweaver, photoshop, and more. I also would give presentations to classes on how to use garageband and imovie. Finally, I checked out laptops, cameras, and other equipment out to students to work with outside of the lab.
