My journey started with engineering and technology teams, helping them modernise delivery, strengthen culture, and enhance developer experience. Over time, that work has expanded into shaping how entire organisations collaborate and execute, connecting technology, leadership, and culture to drive better outcomes. With more than two decades of experience leading technology and transformation teams, including at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I’ve learned that lasting performance is built on strong leadership, empowered teams, and a shared sense of purpose, all amplified by world-class technology. My MBA strengthened that perspective, giving me a deeper understanding of how technology leadership drives business performance and organisational outcomes. Today, I advise global organisations on improving the critical flows required to enable high-performing organisations in the AI era. Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two awesome little humans. I like to dismantle and reassemble Harley-Davidson motorbikes — and even ride them from time to time.
