During my career I have effectively managed the delivery of complete life cycle projects including; engineering, equipment procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning. I am practiced in developing execution strategies, project schedules and risk management plans, controlling project budgets and cost forecasting. I have developed project systems and contributed to the development of project management standards and procedures for a global company. I have unique experience of turning around failing projects, recovering from incidents and leading projects that represented “first of a kind” execution for the organisation at the time. My background covers a broad range of projects for Air Separation, Hydrogen, Helium and Waste To energy plants. Employing a range of technologies through, cryogenics, high temperature reforming, adsorption, wet chemistry, and material handling. I have also led globally dispersed multidisciplinary project teams to deliver optimized engineering solutions. I have built plants in the UK and Europe and, worked on projects in the Middle East, Africa, the USA and India, I thrive on new challenges, motivating teams to perform at their best, and I remain focused to the finish.
