With a portfolio value of $70 million, it required the ability to adhere to strict SLA’s and KPI’s and ensure internal teams were aware of their responsibilities on delivery. Business planning was paramount not only in ensuring the client's agreement on objectives but to deliver complex reporting and analysis. Developing relationships with senior stakeholders was also key in the success of this portfolio as well as pitch and proposal implementation. My achievements include: • FCM Account Manager of the year – FY17/18 • The successful retained the Ministerial and Parliamentary Services (MAPS) contract (February 2017).
