Approached by Sir Richard Harpin following his sale of HomeServe PLC to build a company supporting UK medium sized companies to scale up their businesses. In 2024 unleashed a rebranded Business Leader to the UK business community including a new peer to peer community for CEOs of mid-sized companies, a new look print magazine, a new website, podcast, and newsletter.
