    • Performed black-box testing for a company-wide surgical robotics operations platform, covering modules such as surgical records, inventory management, and training & assessment. • Developed and executed 300+ test cases based on requirement summaries. • Reported 100+ issues including requirement gaps and technical defects, providing clear reproduction steps to support efficient issue resolution. • Conducted re-testing after fixes to verify that requirements were met or technical issues were resolved, followed by proper documentation and archiving of these issues. • Translated 70+ new requirements from clinical and after-sales teams into concrete implementation approaches, and collaborated with developers to determine solutions that are easiest to maintain and most practical. • Consolidated platform usage knowledge into a 60+ page structured slide deck to support internal training and improve onboarding efficiency for company employees.
