I am lucky enough to have a fun and fulfilling job that allows me to utilize my ten years of Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Underwriting experience followed up by ten years of development / systems implementation experience. The ability to talk the talk and walk the walk from both the business and technology side of the house means that I am never bored. This allows me to be actively involved in insurance product development along with coverage interpretation as well as design, implementation, and integration of systems. Previous and current experience with several platforms including Guidewire, Duck Creek, and eBao bring solutions from the best of all worlds.
My position is highly specialized with business as well as Guidewire technical expertise. I am responsible for all Guidewire and related platforms for current and future multiline offerings and assigned risk opportunities. In this role, I manage and work with the managed services vendors we partner with for all related platforms. I work closely with both, the vendor implementation and the vendor Application Managed Services teams. Additionally, I work with the AF Group business partners to ensure that the platform provides the process efficiencies and work flows needed to conduct AF Group business.
