Being the only onsite support for 50 PC’s my duties include: ○ Provide hands-on technical 1st and 2nd line support ○ Day to day support of networks, servers and other infrastructure inc. active directory, exchange, switches and routers. ○ Maintain IT management system document Converse with external IT suppliers ○ Perform hardware fixes on PC’s and printers ○ Maintaining stock of IT equipment ensuring spares are available ○ Setting up new starters with accounts and equipment ○ Ensure appropriate levels of folder security ○ Manage accounts of windows domain, exchange and ERP systems ○ Ensure all PC’s and laptops are remotely accessible for support ○ Install authorised software as required ○ Manage software licenses ○ Mobile phone support
