Coordinated and managed seven training operations for an organization of 1,000 Marines- certifying the battalion in mandatory tasks directed by headquarters prior to overseas work. Compiled data from ten functional support shops and subordinate executing agencies to develop comprehensive information briefs for the Battalion Commander. Received Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for excellence in leadership.
Planned and supervised the administrative and logistical requirements for a Company of 200 Marines through eight deployment-certifying training exercises across three different states, increasing the effectiveness of the organization through 2,500 hours of measurable, realistic training. Responsible for the daily operations, resourcing, and representation of the company. Accountable for $7 million dollars of equipment and its allocation to each section. Officer in Charge of the company’s support team- directing and managing the administrative, intelligence, operations, logistics, communications, medical, and external agency support functions which enabled the company’s success.
Led and trained a team of 72 Marines, providing six critical and unique skill sets vital to the successful operation of the company. Responsible for the well-being and career progression of those under my charge. Accountable for $3 million dollars of equipment. Proven success as a leader with two overseas rotations and adaptive managerial experience.
