• Lead due diligence and build ProForma models for prospective investments • Develop investor and fundraising materials, including quarterly newsletters and investor decks as part of the investor relations team • Actively participate in fundraising efforts and engage directly with investors • Create ad hoc models and analyses to evaluate opportunities and portfolio performance • Assist portfolio companies with financial reporting, operations, and strategic planning • Facilitate annual audits and coordinate financial reporting at both the fund and portfolio company level
