After my internship in JK, I was one of the only interns that wanted to continue working part-time. I helped to finish the Tech Refresh for some NTUC E2i employees with Grieg Lin and Alex. Afterwards, I went to ITE Headquarters to unbox and install monitors, mice, keyboards and PC Boxes in one of ITE's computer labs and ensure that they have all been locked properly. After this job, I went to AiA Tower to ensure that their new computers they have in stock are up to date, and that they are in compliance with AiA policies, and that their computers cannot access any other website besides the ones AiA approve. After doing some more monitor set ups and menial tasks, from 22nd to 26th September, me and Senior Engineer Craig were tasked to be stationed at Yellow Ribbon Industries Loyang Way, where we facilitated the transfer from Google suite of services to Microsoft 365. We were stationed there to solve any of the problems the users faced while moving their data, as well as answer any queries they had. Afterwards, I continued helping the people at JK do menial tasks and helping drivers to deliver printers, toners, monitors, mice, keyboards and laptops to various companies. Lastly, from 9th October to 17th October, I went to my alma mater Nanyang Polytechnic to teardown and dismantle 300+ PCs and Setup and Image 503 new PCs.
During the 3 months of my internship, I did my best to facilitate the smooth operations(ifykyk) of the business, helping onsite customers to resolve their problems and doing whatever tasks my managers and supervisors gave me
