Responsible for supply and inventory management of all direct raw materials, primary and secondary packaging for pharmaceutical plant specialised in the manufacture of aseptic eyecare products.
Manage and lead changes in business processes, IT systems and team organisation throughout 17 sites in 7 countries coming from the implementation of new working methods and systems based on SAP for sales and distribution, transport management, production, warehousing, external procurement and finance. Perform change diagnostics for each site and department in order to create a specific action plan to ensure a smooth transition to the new, standardised methods of working. As-Is/To-Be organisation analysis for over 3800 end-users identifying change action plans for adaptation to future organisation. Stakeholder analysis to ensure consistent and continued buy-in of interested parties such as vice presidents, country management, middle management, shop floor. Supervise the correct realisation of training programmes in each area. Create and implement a project communication plan, ensuring the right messages are sent and understood by all levels of the organisation. Advise project management and country management in each step to ensure business stability during the process of change. Highlight gaps with regard to all changes across all tracks. Lead, coordinate and ensure the implementation of SAP APO as the group planning tool in the 17 European factories of AGC Europe in Belgium, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Russia and Spain. Supervise and guide user training for over 100 users Manage the centrally-based master data team of 6 people, ensuring the consistency and quality of the master data input into the system (products, resources, shifts, calendars, BOMs & routings, etc) stemming from an average of 30 daily products (new or changes) Create cutover plan.
