Lead Director, 20+ door to door canvassers, 1 phone banker. Managing daily tasks such as; training new recruits, managing communications with clients and upper management, troubleshooting issues in the field and tech issues in real-time. Keeping a running tab on our percentage to goals, having a living report that would be submitted to the client and senior staff weekly to inform them of successes and issues that we were facing or had overcome in the previous week. Was able to surpass goal twice and send out 9 canvassers to other states to help with their Canvass offices.
Recruited, onboarded, and trained new canvassers. Gave guidance and troubleshot tech and other issues in real time. Prepared turf plan as many days ahead as possible while adjusting for the client's changing needs and priorities.
