Lead technology innovation to support the growth of Howden Employee Benefits. Create technology strategies to support Howden’s ambitious global business growth plans, and to introduce innovative, entrepreneurial solutions. Provide industry leading customer experiences to support an international customer base across an employee benefits market that is rapidly evolving. Support Howden Group Technology disciplines, establish pathways for cross collaboration and re-usability of technologies that can drive greater collaboration, and, most importantly, to establish and build trusted relationships with Howden Employee Benefits customers.
Lead technology innovation and efficiency across Ardonagh’s Health, Protection and Employee Benefits businesses. Own, define, and execute 2-5 year technology strategies and efficiency plans to drive growth and to support hyperscale insurance businesses. Act as accountable executive (including all technical logical regulatory accountability) for two Ardonagh owned companies - - CIO of Usay Compare (B2B) - CTO of Towergate Employee Benefits (B2C) Also act as Technology Director for Ardonagh Advisory central services with an 8000 employee base across 150+ businesses.
