About

Andrew Rymer, Founder of LITH, co-inventor of the NOANE Protocol. NOANE is the hardware-anchored cryptographic custody layer that lets an AI agent verify, in a single round-trip, that the physical object it is buying or accepting is the object the record claims it is, and that the party transferring it has the authority to do so. Every agentic payment rail - Visa TAP, Coinbase x402, Stripe MPP, Mastercard Agent Pay - uses the same cryptographic primitive: asymmetric private-key signatures prove identity, intent, and authorization cryptographically rather than through institutional intermediation. NOANE extends that primitive to the physical object itself. A wallet private key proves ownership. A second private key sealed inside an NFC chip embedded in the product proves the object is present and transferable. Both must sign simultaneously for any transfer to execute. The result is the single capability every regulated supply chain requires and no current system enforces at the moment of transfer: cryptographic proof of custody. Aviation MRO, pharmaceutical distribution, and defense procurement all operate under compliance regimes (FAA 8130-3, DSCSA, ITAR) that demand custody verification. Existing infrastructure (RFID, serialization, trading-partner databases) proves location, authenticity, and identity. NOANE proves custody. The same architecture provides the trust primitive agentic systems need before autonomous agents can safely execute physical goods transfers. Open to conversations with enterprise supply chain, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and defense partners, and with platforms building the agentic commerce infrastructure layer.
